The Forest Country Home Builders Association is dedicated to creating a positive business environment for the housing industry in our local community by addressing the housing issues of the people of East Texas. We do this by being joined to both the Texas Association of Builders and the National Association of Builders. This allows us to be on the forefront of the latest developments in Codes and building restrictions. The Texas Association of Builders was founded in 1946 and has 34 local home builders associations and more than 12,000 members across Texas.
